How shared leads work
Unless you own your area exclusively, each homeowner request goes to no more than 3 contractors. The homeowner gets a few options and you only compete with a small group. Exclusive owners get every lead in their trade and area to themselves.
Bad-lead policy
If a lead is fake, a duplicate, or nowhere near your service area, report it and we'll credit you for a future lead. Credits replace cash refunds.
